2 氣泡點測試原理 : 取一定材質的濾膜或濾芯,用一定的溶液潤濕后,在膜的一側用氣體加壓,隨著壓力的增加,氣體從濾膜另一側釋放,出現大小、數量不等的氣泡,對應的壓力值為泡點值。

3 擴散流測試: 指當氣體壓力在濾芯起泡點值的 80% 時 , 這時還沒有出現大量的氣體穿孔而過, 只是少量的氣體先溶解到液相的隔膜中 , 然后從該液相擴散到另一面的氣相中 , 這部分氣體稱之為擴散流。 ( 壓縮空氣每分鐘通過膜孔液體的分子流 )

4 為什么擴散流的方法更好?

起泡點值只是一個定性的值,從開始起泡到zui后的群起泡是一個比較長的過程,不能準確的定量。而測量擴散流值是一個定量值 , 不但能準確的確定過濾器的完整性,而且還能反應出膜的孔隙率、流量和有效過濾面積等方面的問題,同時擴散流的測試壓力要低于zui小泡點的壓力,能起到保護濾芯、延長濾芯使用壽命的目的,這也就是為什么現在國外濾芯廠家都只用擴散流法測試完整性的原因。

水浸入法測試的介紹:

在一定的壓力下,測量擠入疏水性濾膜中的水的流量來判斷濾芯的孔徑。 孔越小,侵入就越少。zui大的侵入發生在zui大的孔。如果孔徑 “ 太大 ", 水就會穿透過去。 在小于臨界壓力的測試壓力作用下,水不能通過膜而只能浸入到膜基體中,水優先浸入zui大的膜孔。浸入膜基體的水不會與透過膜的水相混淆,浸入是一個極為緩慢的過程,為了在下游端得到水,需要保持很長時間的壓力。
