國內液位計受質量影響使其*下降

磁翻板液位計行業和信息化部以“工業質量品牌建設年”活動為重點，積極推進工業產品質量和品牌建設，加快工業品牌培育，開展“千家企業學，提升質量促轉型”活動，取得了顯著成績。針對電子行業如何加強質量品牌建設、推動行業由大到強等話題，《中國電子報》特約請相關行業協會發表觀點。　　
　　電子測量磁翻板液位計屬于*領域，是現代工業產品中新技術應用zui多、zui快的產品門類之一，的電子測量技術基本上被歐美日等發達國家掌控。五六十年代，我國電子測量磁翻板液位計總體技術水平與*水平差距不大，但目前的差距在加大，產品大部分依賴進口。當前，我國電子測量磁翻板液位計產品的MTBF(平均*時間)一般能夠達到3000小時，初步滿足與民用的質量要求，但產品技術水平和質量仍有待于進一步提高。　　
質量差距影響*　　
　　電子測量磁翻板液位計與*存在一定差距，影響了產品的*。　　國內少數企業能生產出部分電子測量磁翻板液位計，但由于沒有全面掌握關鍵技術，再加上工藝水平和原材料等方面與*水平存在差距，導致產品在技術水平和質量方面與*水平存在一定差距，影響了產品的*。　　
　　國內部分企業生產的部分中低端電子測量磁翻板液位計產品(如帶寬1GHz以內，采樣率不超過5Gbit/s的數字存儲示波器)，有較好的質量和性價比，不僅占據了大部分國內市場，還有相當大的出口量。經過近幾年的努力，這些廠家建立了自己的示波器品牌形象，并把示波器品牌形象輻射到其他產品上，對企業的發展起到良好的促進作用。
