4 檢驗規則
4 inspection rules
4.1不定期抽檢，每月至少一次，性能依據封頭帽的質保書或檢測報告驗收。
4.1 random sampling, at least once a month, performance based on header cap quality assurance book or test report.
4.2對每批封頭帽必須附有供方材料的質保書或檢測報告。

5包裝
5 packaging
封頭帽應包裝在PP紡織物或經公司同意的其它包裝物內。
The head cap should be packed in PP fabric or other packing material which is agreed by the company.
6標志
6 mark
封頭帽包裝上應標明：廠家名稱、商標、產品名稱、批號、規格、顏色、數量等。
Seal cover should be marked on the package: manufacturer name, trademark, product name, batch number, specifications, color, quantity, etc..
7附件
7 attachment
封頭帽交貨時必須附有產品合格證和質量保證書。供貨時，必須附有法定檢驗部門的型式試驗報告。
Delivery of the head cap must be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and quality assurance. For the first time, the type test report of the statutory inspection department must be attached.
8貯存及運輸
8 storage and transportation
封頭帽應貯存在干燥的庫房內，不應靠近火源，免受陽光直射。貯存期限從生產日期起為１２個月，超過貯存期后，應重新檢驗，合格后方可使用。
Head cap should be stored in a dry warehouse, should not be close to the fire source, avoid direct sunlight. Storage period from the production date of 12 months, more than the storage period, should be re tested, qualified rear can be used.
