Through long-term practice, explore, summarize, and put forward a new method of measuring the diameter of soft rope.

    并股軟繩直徑測量方法現(xiàn)狀分析 三條直徑相同的線芯兩兩相切外,且分別與外被層內(nèi)切,并股軟綿占據(jù)線芯與護套間的空間,形成曲邊扇形。顯然,在電纜結(jié)構設計中此曲邊扇形的面積不難計算,而如何保證并股軟綿在使用狀態(tài)下呈設計要求的截面是個大問題。并股軟綿由聚丙烯吹膜撕裂所成的網(wǎng)狀纖維多股絞合而成,其外觀特征蓬松柔軟,橫截面形狀不規(guī)則,不同點的橫截面大小不*。針對并股軟繩的這些特征和如何定義其“直徑”,又如何來測量呢? 對此,現(xiàn)行行業(yè)采購規(guī)范無規(guī)定,并股軟繩生產(chǎn)廠及電纜廠也都沒有對其“直徑”給出明確的定義。對其“直徑”的測量一般采用如下方法:

    方法4在材料密度不變及開網(wǎng)情況相同的條件下,用此方法計算“直徑”相對準確,但由于各廠家并股繩材料配方不盡相同,即添加劑的比例不同,其密度在一個較大的范圍內(nèi)變化,另開網(wǎng)情況不同,并股繩軟硬有一定差異,且其“直徑”究竟是什么概念不清,因此,生產(chǎn)廠家提供的材料標準中規(guī)定,以單位長度重量來確定并股軟繩的直徑的方法的允許偏差為±25%。而我們所需的并股軟綿的“直徑”每種規(guī)格相差2mm,這樣的公差是無法區(qū)分幾種相鄰規(guī)格的。另方面,若能消除以上各種影響因素,這種方法也很難用于并股軟繩生產(chǎn)中的“直徑”控制,因很難設想在生產(chǎn)過程中頻繁地取其中間的一段來稱其重量;在使用中檢測,一是較麻煩,二是浪費太大,且無法對其“直徑’哇面控制。

    新的測量方法的提出 基于以上四種方法在實際使用中都不切實可行,因此要控制并股軟繩的“直徑”,解決三芯交聯(lián)電纜不圓整的問題,必須走新的路子,采用新的并股軟綿直徑測量方法。 并股軟繩使用多年,其“直徑”測量問題一直沒有解決,主要是因蓬松柔軟、橫截面形狀不規(guī)則;常規(guī)使用的直徑測量工具是直尺、游標卡尺等;常規(guī)的測量方法是直接在測量工具上讀數(shù),三者無法有效地結(jié)合起來。 并股軟繩在交聯(lián)電纜的橫截面中呈曲邊扇形,是受到周圍物體擠壓的結(jié)果。這種擠壓力的大小與并股軟綿自身的“直徑”決定了其使用狀態(tài)下呈曲邊扇形的橫截面的面積大小。在正常的條件下擠壓力為常量。若使用狀態(tài)相同,并股繩“直徑”合適,其橫截面的形狀和面積就可達到理想狀態(tài),即實現(xiàn)電纜填充圓整的目的。 并股軟繩的“直徑”不能直接測量,是否可設計一個模擬并股軟繩使用狀態(tài)的測量器具,通過某種轉(zhuǎn)換從而間接確定其“直徑”呢?由此產(chǎn)生如下方法:制做一個橫截面呈凹形的多屬楷體,上置一塊與矩形槽兩豎邊始終垂直且可上下移動的壓板,壓板上施加一確定的力P,在壓板下沿槽向放置并股軟繩,槽的豎邊有刻度標記,這樣可根據(jù)該狀態(tài)下并股繩所呈的矩形截面積計算其呈圓形時的直徑。但這種方法的缺點一是工具制作較麻煩,更主要的是并股軟繩的直徑規(guī)格范圍大,由12~30mm。而測量器具主體上的矩形槽一旦確定就不會改變,這樣,制作的測量工具若適合測大
