委員會*標準IEC、英國標準、德國標準及美國標準生產。

交聯聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜是采用化學方法或物理方法, 使聚
乙烯分子由線形分子結構轉變為三網狀結構, 由熱塑性的聚乙烯
變成熱固性的交聯聚乙烯，從而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、機
械性能和耐環境能力，并保持了優良的電氣性能。
交聯聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導體的允許*zui高工作溫度為
90℃，較之絕緣電纜、聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜和聚乙烯絕緣電纜高，
且具有重量輕、結構簡單、使用方便、耐化學腐蝕和敷設不受落
差限制等優點。
For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical
method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from
chain into three-dimensional network,i.e. thermoplastic PE is transformed
into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking,the thermal and mechanical
properties of PE have been gratly improved while its excellent electrical
property are still retained.
The maximun permissible operating temperature of the conductor
of a XLPE insulated power cable is 90℃ which s higher than that
ofpaper,PVC or PE insulated power cable.The cable has the advantage
of simplicity in construction,lightness in weight,convenience in application
besides its xecellent electrical,thermal,mechanical and anti-chemical
corrosion properties.It can also be laid with no limitation of level defference
along the route.
本產品適用于工頻額定電壓3.6/6kV ～ 26/35kV 輸配電線路
作配送電能之用。

·電纜導體的允許*zui高工作溫度為90℃。
·短路時（zui長持續時間不超5s）電纜導體的zui高溫度不
超過250℃。
·電纜敷設時環境溫度不低于0℃。
·電纜彎曲半徑：三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15 倍；單芯電
纜不小于電纜外徑20 倍。
·Rated power frequency voltage U0/U:3.6/6kV ～ 26/35kV.
·Max.Permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor:90℃ .
·Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250℃ .

·The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0℃ .
·The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20
times of the cable diameter.
·The bending radius of a three-core cable should not less than 15 times
of the cable diameter.
