送餐機器人俗稱智能運輸機器人，是將做好的餐飲產品按時送到的餐桌的服務，該機器人具有自主行走能力，并且自主躲避障礙物等相關的安全防護措施。機器人在檢測到已放置食物，并接收到送餐桌號指令后，將自動沿磁條行至對應桌號的餐桌，旋轉90度面向顧客，同時發出語音提醒（可自行設置所發語音），待檢測到顧客已將食物取下后，將原地旋轉回軌道，并返回取餐點待命。在行走途中，如果遇到障礙物，機器人將會發出語音提醒。
