供電滑觸線構成說明

供電滑觸線裝置由導管、受電器兩個主要部件及一些輔助組件構成

1、導管：是一根半封閉的導形管狀部件，是滑觸線的主體部分。其內部可根據需要嵌高3-16根祼體導軌作為供電導線，各導軌間相互絕緣，從而保證供電的安全性。并在帶電檢修時有效地防止檢修人員觸電事故。本廠生產的導管每條長度為4m，可以連接成任意需要長度，普通導管制作成直線形，也可按特殊需求制成圓弧形等。

2、受電器是在導管內運行的一組電刷殼架，由安置在用電機構（行車、小車、電動葫蘆等）上的撥叉（或牽引鏈條等）帶動，使之與用電機構同步運行，將通過導軌，電刷的電能輿到電動機或其他控制元件。受電器電刷的極數有3-16極與導管中導軌極數相應。
