Hood body: Grade one cold rolling steel plate is adopted,whose surface shall be statically painted with epoxy resin powder. 
Baffle: It adopts American WILSONART SPC, 6mm thickness, with three-section structure. It can ensure effective discharge of various gases with different density . 
Back plate : American WILSONART SPC, 6mm thickness, Top plate: American WILSONART SPC, 6mm thickness.Its structure is helpful for release of explosion force. 
Sash: 6mm thickness specialized explosion proof glass is adopted, and it can move up and down with stepless balance and can be maintained at any position. 
Installation of water, electricity and gas supply: Installed within closing board at both sides of fume hood.
