安裝及使用：
Installation ａnd use：
一、 安裝
1、 使用本設備必須配裝有高純度99.9%二氧化碳氣體的鋼瓶（注：用戶自備），鋼瓶壓力
不低于 1MPA，經減壓閥后調節壓力為0.05MPA，將出氣閥關閉后用橡膠管聯結箱體后面
的二氧化碳進氣口。使用時開啟進氣閥門。
2、 本設備應安放在干燥、平整、無有毒有害氣體的場所，并應避免陽光直射，培養箱四周
要有一定的空間，以便于加水和維護保養。
3、 培養箱推薦使用最合適的環境溫度為20～25℃。
4、 本機使用的220V/50Hz交流電源，應有可靠接地，以確保使用者的操作安全。
二、 使用
水套式培養箱按上述要求安裝妥善后，按下列步驟操作。
1、灌水
(1） 先關閉培養箱底部水開關，然后將橡膠管一端接上，橡膠管另一端接通水源，接著打
開培養 箱底部水開關，水即可灌入水套。
(2） 先關閉培養箱底部水開關，然后將灌滿水的橡膠管一端連接上，另一端則浸沒在盛滿水
的容器底部，并使該容器放于培養箱頂，通過水位差原理進水，接著打開底部水開關，容器
中的水即漸漸灌入水套。
以上兩種灌水方法可任選一種。
打開培養箱電源開關，接通電源。打開培養箱門，放好擱板，箱內處理干凈。
2、 面板功能操作
（1）箱溫設定：按一下“溫度設定"鍵，配合“增加"鍵和“減少"鍵，可設置你需要的溫
度。
（2）CO2濃度設定：按一下“濃度設定"鍵，配合“增加"鍵和“減少"鍵，可設置你需
要的濃 度。如果不需CO2濃度控制時，請將濃度的設定值設為0，可延長電磁閥的使用壽
命。
3、 二氧化碳濃度控制檢查：在箱溫到達37℃，恒溫二小時后進行檢查。
（1） 打開鋼瓶，減壓閥輸出壓力調節在0.05MPA，使二氧化碳氣體進入箱內，1分鐘后可
見顯示屏上濃度值逐漸升高，10分鐘左右即可達到5.0%（設定值為5.0%），穩定二小時，
濃度顯示值應該在（5±0.3）%范圍內波動。工作正常。
（2） 外門打開時，可自動切斷二氧化碳進氣，節約用氣。
4、 門溫控制檢驗
箱后門溫設定值設在38℃，在箱內放有加濕槽情況下，玻璃門上應無凝水。
經過上述步驟檢查后，培養箱能正常工作，即可投入正常使用。
三 本控制操作系統有記憶功能，關機后再開機顯示值為上次使用時的設定值。
1、 每次設置完畢新的溫度值，可將培養箱后側作過溫保護作用的機械式溫控器的旋鈕調節
至培養箱的設置溫度+5℃。
2、不需要使用時請關掉總電源開關，并拔去電源插頭。
注意事項
1、水套式培養箱應注意水位，當水位偏低時，水位報警燈亮，再按前述要求加水即可。
2、培養箱應安裝在避免陽光，通風的地方。并與墻壁有10公分的間距。搬動時應小心，不
可平放和倒立運輸。
3、培養箱表面嚴禁用腐蝕性物品擦洗，以免損傷設備，箱內用干布定期擦凈。
4、培養箱在出廠前廠方已對有關數據進行修正，用戶若有特殊要求，請在廠方指導下操作。
5、如停止培養實驗時，請將培養箱內的濕度盤取出，并將培養箱內擦干凈。
6、當箱溫傳感器發生故障時，溫度窗口上排顯示為“□□□□"，自動關斷加熱輸出，蜂鳴
器鳴叫，可點擊“消音"鍵消音，然后請專業維修人員修理。
7、如果打開鋼瓶減壓閥的高壓和低壓輸出后，培養箱面板上“快充"和“慢充"指示燈未
亮，卻聽到培養箱內有“滋滋"漏氣的聲音，那可能是氣路中的硅膠管接口處被沖開，此時
可用十字螺絲刀擰開培養箱邊門上的螺絲，拿下邊門，檢查培養箱控制室內的氣路是否有被
沖斷開，若有，請連接上，并減小二氧化碳鋼瓶的減壓閥低壓端的輸出壓力。在此操作前，
請先關閉電源開關并拔下電源插頭后再檢查并連結。
8、 每次設置完畢新的溫度值，不要忘記將培養箱后側作過溫保護作用的機械式溫控器的旋
鈕調節至培養箱的設置溫度+5℃。若溫度設置過高，起不到保護培養箱內的培養物，若溫度
設置過低，則達不到培養箱的設置溫度。
9、 設備若工作不正常，請與生產廠方聯系，判斷為溫控器或電機的故障，則需廠方派人維
修。
10、培養箱在出廠之前廠方已對有關數據進行修正,用戶不必自行修正,以免引起不必要損失,
若需修正,必須在廠方指導下操作.
11、 燈管若有損壞，需更換燈管時，請關閉電源開關并拔下電源插頭后再更換。打開外門和
玻璃門，擰下燈管就可更換了。
如需更換熔斷器，須先拔去電源插頭，然后擰出熔斷器蓋，更換新的熔芯后，再擰入熔斷器
盒蓋即可。
12、若培養箱內的實際溫度與顯示溫度的誤差很大，且打開培養箱外門聽不見風機的轉動
聲，可檢查風機的保護熔斷器是否熔斷。在此操作前，請先關閉電源開關并拔下電源插頭后
再檢查并更換。若培養箱的溫度顯示沒有，可檢查變壓器的初級和次級繞組的保護熔斷器是
否熔斷，在此操作前，請先關閉電源開關并拔下電源插頭后再檢查并更換。
13、培養箱停止不用請關閉電源，并拔下電源插頭，同時關閉二氧化碳氣體的鋼瓶總閥和低
壓氣體輸出端。
