該系列是一種采用多彈簧結構，重量輕、體積小、性能高、輸出力大的氣動薄膜式角行程執行機構。其工作原理為：由調節儀表來的電或氣信號經定位器轉換而成的氣壓被輸入到膜室內，作用于膜片上產生推力，使推桿移動，同時壓縮彈簧直至和彈簧的反作用力相平衡，推桿的直線運動經曲柄機構轉換成角行程輸出，使輸出軸轉動到預定的位置。

該系列執行機構與定位器配合使用可實現高精度的位置控制。

This Series features high performance, high power diaphragm actuators of a multi-spring type that are compact and light. With a positioner that receives pneumatic or electric signals, air-pressure is exerted on the diaphragm. Balancing the force of the air-pressured diaphragm and the force of the compressed spring creates a linear motion output. The scotch-yoke system converts the output to a rotating force and provides positioning to a required angle.

This Series is designed to function with a positioner except in on-off control.
