、TCJT-35A型熱空氣老化箱用途及特點：
TCJT-35A型熱空氣老化箱適用于科研單位、檢測機構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)單位做可塑性材料（防水材料、橡膠、塑料）、電氣絕緣及其它材料的熱老化試驗。溫度控制采用數(shù)字顯示，數(shù)字控制式PID自動調(diào)節(jié)儀表，從室溫至200℃/250℃范圍內(nèi)可任意設(shè)定工作溫度，自動恒溫，本箱其結(jié)構(gòu)及所配用儀表、材料是對箱內(nèi)氣流和溫度作了詳細(xì)研究后設(shè)計的，具有控溫靈敏，溫度均勻，性能穩(wěn)定，其性能符合GB3512《橡膠熱空氣老化試驗方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

性能特點
三、TCJT-35A型熱空氣老化箱結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
本設(shè)備由角鐵和薄鋼板構(gòu)成，箱體內(nèi)有放置試品的工作室，工作室內(nèi)有試品擱板2塊，試品可置于其上進行干燥，工作室和箱體外殼間用玻璃纖維作保溫層，箱門與工作室間有雙重玻璃窗，以供觀察工作室內(nèi)情況。
箱內(nèi)工作室左壁與保溫之間有風(fēng)道，內(nèi)裝有鼓風(fēng)風(fēng)葉及導(dǎo)向板，開啟鼓風(fēng)開關(guān)可使電機工作，鼓風(fēng)工作室內(nèi)空氣借鼓風(fēng)機促成對流，開啟排氣閥可使箱內(nèi)空氣得以更換。
電氣線路均裝于箱側(cè)控溫層內(nèi)，控溫層側(cè)門可以卸下，以備檢修用。加熱器裝于箱體內(nèi)工作室下部，分為“加熱2”、“恒溫1”二組爐絲。
四、TCJT-35A型熱空氣老化箱使用說明：
1、電源設(shè)備，應(yīng)在供電線路中裝有合適負(fù)荷的保險絲裝置，供本箱用，且有良好接地裝置。
2、試品準(zhǔn)備：降試品逐編號后，用試品夾鉤掛于試品轉(zhuǎn)盤上，以相互不接觸碰撞為宜。
3、待切準(zhǔn)備緒，即關(guān)上箱門。
4、連接電源，開啟“電源開關(guān)”及“加熱開關(guān)”，同時開啟“轉(zhuǎn)盤開關(guān)”。

六、TCJT-35A型熱空氣老化箱注意事項：
1、本箱為非防爆干燥箱，對帶有揮發(fā)性物品切勿放入，以免發(fā)生爆炸。
2、本設(shè)備是用金屬鋼板做成，外噴錘紋漆，工作室噴高溫銀粉漆作防腐涂層，故切勿損壞漆層，以免引起設(shè)備腐蝕。
3、試品托板（鋼板網(wǎng)）的平均負(fù)荷為15公斤，放置試品時切勿使之過載，同時散熱板上不能放置試品或其它物品妨礙空氣對流。
4、不可任意卸下側(cè)門，擾亂或改變線路，發(fā)生故障可打開側(cè)門請電工按線路逐檢查，如遇重大故障與本廠直接聯(lián)系（控溫儀部分參照其說明書）。
5、鼓風(fēng)機連接工作不能超過5小時（如超過12小時，須間隔1-2小時使用）。
6、本設(shè)備使用完畢，經(jīng)常保持清潔。
