YI、TCFS-25型低溫彎折儀概述：
TCFS-25型低溫彎折儀根據12953， GB/18173之規范設計制作。用于高分子防水材料的低溫彎折試驗。低溫彎折儀由低溫箱和彎折板配套使用。低溫箱在0～-40℃之間自動調節，誤差為±2℃，且能使試樣在被操作過程中保持恒定溫度，彎折板由金屬平板、轉軸和調節螺絲組成，平板間距可任意調節。
工作條件
二、TCFS-25型低溫彎折儀試驗條件：
1、試樣尺寸120X50mm.
2、試樣的停放時間和試驗溫度應按下列要求：
從試樣制備到試驗，時間為24h.試驗室溫度控制在（23±2）℃范圍內。
使用方法
三、TCFS-25型低溫彎折儀高分子防水材料的試驗方法：1、 120X50mm的試件的迎水面朝外，彎曲180度，使50mm寬的邊緣重合;齊平；并用定位夾或10mm寬的膠布將邊緣固定以其在試驗中不發生錯位，。將彎折儀的兩平板距離調到片材厚度的3倍。
2、將彎折儀上平板打開，將厚度相同的兩塊試樣平放在底板上，重合的邊朝向轉軸，且距轉軸20mm，在規定溫度下保持1h，之后迅速壓下上平板，達到所調間距位置，保持1s后將試樣取出。待恢復到室溫后觀察試樣彎折處是否斷裂，或用放大鏡觀察試樣彎折處受拉面有無裂紋。用8倍放大鏡觀察試樣表面，以兩個試樣均無裂紋為合格
