據技術部4月8日上午08點52分透露：（/c149978/products/d.html）YI、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測定儀概述：HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測定儀采用了擺線針輪減速機，減速比大、結構緊湊、傳動平穩、磨料流量可調，能地節約磨料的用量。鋼輪轉數可預置，并具有轉數顯示功能，轉到預定轉數時，電機自動停止轉動。
該試驗機具有設計合理、結構簡單、造型美觀、操作方便、轉動平穩、讀數直觀等特點。主要適用于無釉磚、馬賽克等脆性材料及水泥磚的耐磨試驗。本試驗機符合國標GB/T3810.6《無釉磚耐磨深度的測定》對試驗儀器的要求。

二、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測定儀主要技術參數： 1、摩擦鋼輪
（1）轉速：75rpm
（2）直徑：200±0.2mm
（3）厚度：10±0.1mm無釉磚試驗用
（4）硬度：HB203~245
（5）當鋼輪使用到φ199mm時必須更換。
2、磨料下落速度
（1）按無釉磚試驗標準100g100r±10g
3、料斗容積小于5L
4、外形尺寸：600X400X1400mm
5、整機重量：100Kg
三、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測定儀主要結構及工作原理：
見圖1 由料斗1、支承座2、減速機3、電器4、地腳5、落料箱6、摩擦鋼輪7、小漏斗8、試樣夾具9、底座位10組成。
(注：水泥磚和無釉陶瓷磚只需更換摩擦鋼輪、小漏斗和平衡錘即可)。
試驗機是通過摩擦鋼輪在規定條件和磨料作用下，在試樣表面產生磨坑，測量磨坑弦長，并計算磨坑體積，表示試樣的磨損度。
四、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測定儀安裝與調試：1、試驗機的工作環境應符合下列規定
（1）環境溫度：室溫
（2）在無震動的環境中
（3）周圍無腐蝕性介質
（4）在穩固的、水平的基礎上
（5）電源：三相四線、相電壓380V、線電壓220V、電壓波動范圍不超過額定電壓的±10% 。
2、試驗機應安裝在堅硬的水平混凝土地面上。
3、安裝
（1）打開包裝箱，拆去底座四角處的4只螺釘，卸去包裝底座將4只。
（2）地腳旋入底座的螺栓孔，并調整地腳使試驗機水平。
五、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測定儀結果計算與評定： 1、試驗結果按5塊試樣的平均磨損體積進行評定。
2、測量試樣表面的磨坑弦長精確至0.1mm測得弦長后可從無釉磚耐磨深度的測定標準中查出磨損體積。
3、磨損體積以Vmm
根據磨坑的弦長按下列公式計算

注意事項
六、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測定儀注意事項與維修保養： 1、接電源線時，應注意電機正反轉，鋼輪應按箭頭方向旋轉。
2、試驗機必須在接地標志處接地。線徑不小于1.5mm。
3、每次試驗后，應將試驗打掃干凈，尤其應將夾具及導軌上的沙子清掃干凈。
