電力系統(tǒng)的一次系統(tǒng)一般由供電線路（包括架空線路和電纜）、變壓器、母線、開關(guān)柜等電氣設(shè)備組成。其相互之間存在大量的電氣連接點，由于電流流過產(chǎn)生熱量，所以幾乎所有的電氣故障都會導(dǎo)致故障點溫度的變化。例如架空線路搭接點、電纜接頭、電纜中間連接處、電纜敷設(shè)彎折處、高壓電纜的局部放電、高壓開關(guān)柜的動靜觸頭及其他連接處、低壓電氣連接處等位置過熱是大型事故的征兆,也是事故多發(fā)的重災(zāi)區(qū)。

Necessity of temperature measurement at electrical contacts

The primary system of a power system is generally composed of power supply lines(including overhead lines and cables), transformers, busbars, switchgear and other electrical equipment. 2.當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀

多年來，由于技術(shù)水平的限制，雖然曾利用紅外測溫儀、紅外成像儀、感溫電纜、傳統(tǒng)的點式測溫系統(tǒng)希望解決上述問題，但都無法實現(xiàn)開關(guān)柜內(nèi)如斷路器、刀閘聯(lián)接點和觸頭測溫。目前，國內(nèi)電力測溫主要應(yīng)用紅外點測儀和光纖測溫儀，而在線方式由于無法解決高壓絕緣問題，所以高壓開關(guān)的觸點等空間有限的電氣設(shè)備基本上都是處于無監(jiān)控的狀態(tài)下運行，存在重大安全隱患。

At present, domestic electric temperature measurement mainly uses infrared point measuring instrument and optical fiber temperature measuring instrument. However, the on-line method cannot solve the problem of high-voltage insulation, so the electrical equipment with limited space, such as the contact of high-voltage switch, basically operates in a completely unmonitored state, with major safety hazards.

國內(nèi)一家專業(yè)提供工業(yè)+AI 解決方案的公司，從埃及當(dāng)?shù)匾患页商讖S了解到，他們有個房建項目，配電間開關(guān)柜需要安裝無線測溫產(chǎn)品。該公司從網(wǎng)上找到了安科瑞，目前先做一套演示柜，測量柜內(nèi)電氣節(jié)點溫度，由于沒有啟動電流，選擇我司帶電池?zé)o線測溫傳感器ATE200二代，搭配接收器ATC450-C，并且在柜子上做一個本地顯示。

Project background information

The switchgear in the distribution room needs to be installed with wireless temperature measurement products. The company has found Acrel from the Internet. At present, they first need to make a set of demonstration cabinet to measure the temperature of the electric contact in the cabinet. Since there is no starting current, we will choose the second generation of wireless temperature sensor battery powered ATE200, with receiver ATC450-C, and make a local display on the cabinet.
