ProfilerPro Kits are designed to help in the discovery and development of small-molecule kinase inhibitors and include a complete system for quickly enabling kinase selectivity profiling. Kits consist of matched pairs of 384-well kinase-assay and substrate plates. Each assay plate contains 24 different predispensed frozen kinases. Substrate plates contain the appropriate fluorescent labeled peptides and ATP. (The final ATP concentration in each reaction is at the ATP Km.) With every ProfilerPro kit, you get all the reagents and controls you’ll need to perform quick, accurate profiling against the whole kinome, or to help you explore specific branches in more detail. More than 30 substrates for a variety of assays are also available from PerkinElmer.
