1、indicator 指示器

position indicator with namur is convenient for mounting    accessories such as limit switch box,positioner and so on

 namur 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指示器便于安裝位置開關(guān)、定位器等附件。

2、pinion 輸出軸

the pinion is high-precision and integrative, made from   nickelled-alloy steel, full conform to the lastest standards of iso5211, din3337, namur.the dimensions can be customized and the stainless steel is available.

鍍鎳合金鋼、高精密一體式輸出軸同時(shí)符合namur、iso5211、din3337標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?？筛鶕?jù)客戶要求定制尺寸和不銹鋼材料。

3、actuator body 缸體

according to the different requirements, the extruded aluminum alloy astm6005 body can be treated with hard anodized, powder polyester painted (different colours is available such as blue, orange, yellow etc.), ptfe or nickel plated.

astm6005壓鑄鋁合金缸體可以采用硬質(zhì)氧化、環(huán)氧樹脂噴涂（根據(jù)要求噴涂蘭色、橙色、黃色等）、ptfe涂層或鍍鎳滿足不同要求。

4、end caps 端蓋

die-casting aluminum powder polyester painted in different colours ,ptfe or nickel plated

壓鑄鋁合金表面金屬粉末噴涂各種顏色、ptfe涂層或鍍鎳處理。

5、pistons 活塞

the twin rack pistons are made from die-casting aluminum treated with  hard anodized or made from cast steel with galvanization. symmetric mounting position,long cycle life and fast operation, reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.

雙活塞齒條、采用鑄鋁硬質(zhì)氧化或者鑄鋼鍍鋅處理，安裝位置對(duì)稱、運(yùn)作迅速、使用壽命長(zhǎng)，簡(jiǎn)單的顛倒活塞可以改變旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

6、travel adjustment 行程調(diào)節(jié)

the two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts can adjust ±5°at both open and close directions easily and precisely.

兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的行程調(diào)節(jié)螺釘可以進(jìn)行方便、精確±5°的調(diào)節(jié) 開、關(guān)位置。

7、high performance springs 高性能彈簧

preloaded coating springs are made from the high quality material for resistant to corrosion and longer service life, which can be demounted safely and conveniently to  satisfy different requirements of torque by changing quantity of springs.

采用優(yōu)質(zhì)材料、涂層處理，預(yù)壓裝配。具有較強(qiáng)的抗腐蝕性和使用壽命。能夠安全、簡(jiǎn)單的拆卸單作用執(zhí)行器，通過改變彈簧數(shù)量滿足不同的力矩輸出范圍。

8、bearings & guides 軸承、導(dǎo)板

made from low friction,long-life compound material,to avoid the direct contact between metals. the maintenance and replacement are easy and convenient.

采用低摩擦、長(zhǎng)壽命復(fù)合材料，避免了金屬與金屬的直接接觸，維修更換簡(jiǎn)單方便。

9、o-rings 密封

nbr rubber o-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard temperature ranges.for high and low temperature applications viton or silicone.

在常溫工作條件下使用橡膠，在高溫或低溫時(shí)采用氟橡膠或硅橡膠。

1.氣源接口符合namur標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可簡(jiǎn)單方便地安裝電磁閥。1.air supply connection is designed in accordance with namur standard to install solenoid valves.
2.輸出軸的namur標(biāo)準(zhǔn)槽和缸體上部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)安裝孔，可使限位開關(guān)、定位器直接嚙合和安裝。2.the namur drive pinion and the namur top mounting connection permit direct installation of accessories such as limit switch box and positioner.
3.底部安裝孔設(shè)計(jì)符合iso5211、din3337標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可以直接安裝離合器(氣動(dòng)手輪機(jī)構(gòu))或安裝支架。3.bottom mounting connection is designed in accordance with iso5211 and din3337 standards for direct mounting with valve gear boxes or mounting brackets.

產(chǎn)品序列號(hào)、氣源接口及底部安裝孔全部電腦打字，易于辨識(shí)和跟蹤服務(wù)。each actuator is marked with a serial number, air connection and bottom mounting holes are marked for easy track and distinction.
