四、TCJT-11型土工合成材料垂直滲透儀使用方法：
第yi步：取下高壓倉
第二步：安裝試件
第三步：打開通水閥
第四步：打開電源開關
第五步：通過排閥門排出氣泡使注滿水上為排氣閥下部為放水閥。
第六步：通過進水閥和水位罐上下調節達到水位差，水位差通過兩根玻璃顯示。
第七步：水位穩定后點計時，過水量是通過右側水位罐的水管取水。
第八步：試驗完畢打開放水閥，排凈各部位水。清潔儀器表面。

Step Yi: remove the high pressure chamber
Step 2: install the specimen
Step 3: open the water valve
Step 4: turn on the power switch
Step 5: discharge air bubbles through the drain valve to fill the water. The upper part is the vent valve and the lower part is the drain valve.
Step 6: the water level difference is achieved by adjusting the water inlet valve and water level tank up and down, and the water level difference is displayed by two glasses.
Step 7: when the water level is stable, the water is taken from the water pipe of the right water level tank.
Step 8: after the test, open the drain valve and drain all parts of the water. Clean the instrument surface.
五、TCJT-11型土工合成材料垂直滲透儀試驗報告：
試驗報告應包括以下內容：
1、樣品名稱、規格型號和狀態描述；
2、樣品狀態的描述;
3、試驗日期；
4、滲透儀規格型號、主要技術指標；
5、試樣過水面積；
6、測定全部滲透性能時，每個試樣的流速對水頭損失曲線的集合；
7、水頭差50mm時的流速指數（VI50）,如給出垂直滲透系數和透水率；
8、水溫范圍；
9、供水方式和溶解氧值；
10、任何偏離規定程序的詳細說明。
六、TCJT-11型土工合成材料垂直滲透儀故障排除與說明：
1、試樣桶內水無法注滿
檢查下房三個防水閥是否全部關閉，若沒有關閉即可
2 測壓管水位與倆側儲水罐的水位不致
檢查測壓管與水罐的連接的軟管是否有氣泡 ，排除即可使其水位致
