三、工作原理：
水溶液pH值的測量一般用玻璃電極作為指示電極，*電極作為參比電極，當溶液中氫離子濃度（嚴格說是活度）即溶液的pH值發(fā)生變化時，玻璃電極和*電極之間產生的電勢也隨著發(fā)生變化，而電勢變化關系符合下列公式：

四、測定樣品的注意事項：
◆儀器的電極插頭和插口必須保持清潔干燥，不使用時應將短路插頭或電極

◆不同的樣品，應選擇相適應的pH電極（例如：測量強酸、強堿或者純水等）。

◆配制標準溶液必須使用二次蒸餾水或去離子水，其電導率應小于2μS/cm,
