QFZ漆膜附著力試驗(yàn)儀使用方法：
★按規(guī)定要求準(zhǔn)備樣板。
★檢查鋼針好一開(kāi)始使用 換上新鋼針，針尖距工作臺(tái)面約3毫米。
★將針尖的偏心位置按所要求的描繪直徑調(diào)節(jié)好，然后用螺釘緊固。
★將準(zhǔn)備好的樣板的涂膜面朝上按裝在工作臺(tái)上用壓板壓緊。
★按規(guī)定要求在砝碼盤(pán)上加放砝碼。
★提起可動(dòng)半螺母將工作臺(tái)移至外端，然后放下可動(dòng)半螺母。
★撥動(dòng)壓桿，使針尖與膜面接觸。
★搖動(dòng)手輪，則鋼針在樣板上描繪出螺線形的花紋，根據(jù)花紋情況可判斷該涂膜的附著力為優(yōu)、良、中、差、劣。
How to use QFZ paint film adhesion tester:
★ Prepare samples as required.
★ Check the steel needles and start to use them. Replace with new steel needles.
★ Adjust the eccentric position of the needle tip according to the required drawing diameter, and then tighten with screws.
★ Press the prepared sample board with the coating side facing up and press it on the workbench.
★ Put weights on the weight plate according to the regulations.
★ Lift the movable half nut to move the table to the outer end, and then lower the movable half nut.
★ Push the lever to make the needle tip contact the membrane surface.
★ Shake the handwheel, the steel needle draws a spiral pattern on the template. According to the pattern, it can be judged that the adhesion of the coating film is good, good, medium, poor, and bad.
漆膜附著力試驗(yàn)儀結(jié)構(gòu)原理：
★主傳動(dòng)部分是由手輪，鏈輪，螺旋斜齒輪組成，在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪時(shí)工作臺(tái)左右移動(dòng)，同時(shí)針頭在畫(huà)圓。
★描繪頭部分是由下面兩個(gè)組件構(gòu)成。
A、雙頭方螺絲用以調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)頭上下。
B、由以滑動(dòng)燕尾與一螺絲可帶動(dòng)手描針聯(lián)接的下燕尾板以調(diào)節(jié)描繪直徑。
★工作臺(tái)部分為一端裝有可提動(dòng)的半螺母與絲杠聯(lián)接而帶動(dòng)工作臺(tái)前后移動(dòng)，工作臺(tái)上有四個(gè)螺母及兩塊壓板，用以壓放試片。
★機(jī)座部分用以支承工作臺(tái)及描頭等。
Structural principle of paint film adhesion tester:
★ The main driving part is composed of hａnd wheel, sprocket wheel and helical helical gear. When the hａnd wheel is turned, the table moves left and right while the needle is drawing a circle.
★ The drawing header is composed of the following two components.
A. Double-headed square screws are used to adjust the machine head up and down.
B. The sliding dovetail and a screw can drive the lower dovetail plate connected by the hand-drawn needle to adjust the drawing diameter.
★ The worktable part is equipped with a semi-nut that can be lifted at one end to connect with the lead screw to drive the worktable back and forth. There are four nuts and two pressure plates on the worktable for pressing and releasing the test piece.
★ The base part is used to support the table and the head.
QFZ漆膜附著力試驗(yàn)儀維護(hù)保管及運(yùn)輸：
1、滑動(dòng)部分要經(jīng)常涂油（20號(hào)機(jī)油及凡士林）以防生銹。
2、在進(jìn)行測(cè)定工作之前，應(yīng)將儀器的油孔及導(dǎo)軌加油潤(rùn)滑，平置使用。
3、移動(dòng)工作臺(tái)時(shí)當(dāng)心碰撞鋼針。
4、一枚鋼針一般使用5次 得進(jìn)行更換。
5、試驗(yàn)時(shí)針必須刺到涂料膜底，以所畫(huà)出的圖形露出板面為準(zhǔn)。
6、此儀器不適用于木材或塑料樣板。
7、本儀器使用完畢應(yīng)注意清理。并妥善遮蓋防塵、防潮。
8、在長(zhǎng)期不用及運(yùn)輸時(shí)應(yīng)以塑料袋包裹，內(nèi)置干燥劑，外面有保護(hù)木箱，內(nèi)充填滿柔軟材料，以免顛振，影響儀器的使用。
9、本儀器從生產(chǎn)廠發(fā)給用戶時(shí)算起，一年內(nèi)在按照本說(shuō)明的使用、維護(hù)、保管及運(yùn)輸?shù)臈l件，發(fā)生因制造質(zhì)量不良影響使用時(shí)，我廠無(wú)償?shù)慕o予修理，但因鋼針為消耗品除外
QFZ paint film adhesion tester maintenance and storage:
1. The sliding part should always be oiled (# 20 oil and vaseline) to prevent rust.
2. Before performing the measurement, the oil holes and guide rails of the instrument should be lubricated and used horizontally.
3. Be careful not to hit the steel needle when moving the workbench.
4. A steel needle is usually replaced 5 times.
5. During the test, the needle must pierce the bottom of the coating film, and the drawing drawn on the board shall prevail.
6. This instrument is not suitable for wood or plastic samples.
7. The instrument should be cleaned after use. And properly cover dust and moisture.
8. When it is not used for a long time or during transportation, it should be wrapped in a plastic bag with a built-in desiccant. There is a protective wooden box on the outside.
9. This instrument is counted from the time when it is issued to the user by the manufacturer. Within one year, the conditions of use, maintenance, storage, and transportation in accordance with the instructions, when it is used due to poor manufacturing quality, will be repaired free of charge by our factory.
