PSQ1121潤滑油摩擦磨損性能試驗機（四球法）
本機主機、控制板卡、控制軟件是本公司自主設(shè)計生產(chǎn)可配臺式機或筆記本實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集處理，試驗過程控制。試驗機主機與輔具的設(shè)計借鑒了*技術(shù)，符合國標(biāo)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。外形美觀，操作方便，性能穩(wěn)定可靠。
該機主要是以滑動摩擦的形式，在*的點接觸壓力條件下評定潤滑劑的承載能力。包括大無卡咬負荷PB、燒結(jié)負荷PD、綜合磨損值ZMZ等三項指標(biāo)。該機還可以做潤滑劑的長時抗磨損試驗，測定摩擦系數(shù)，記錄摩擦力和溫度曲線。該機配有高精度測量裝置，可測量摩擦副磨斑尺寸，或?qū)崿F(xiàn)摩擦副磨斑的計算機屏幕顯示、測量和記錄。

The machine is mainly based on the form of sliding friction and evaluates the bearing capacity of the lubricant under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. The machine can also be used as a long-term anti-wear test for lubricants, to determine the friction coefficient, and to record friction and temperature profiles.
