Anti-CXCR1抗體,細胞表面趨化因子受體1抗體產品介紹：The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family. This protein is a receptor for interleukin 8 (IL8). It binds to IL8 with high affinity, and transduces the signal through a G-protein activated second messenger system. Knockout studies in mice suggested that this protein inhibits embryonic oligodendrocyte precursor migration in developing spinal cord. This gene, IL8RB, a gene encoding another high affinity IL8 receptor, as well as IL8RBP, a pseudogene of IL8RB, form a gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q33-q36

抗原修復的幾種常用方法（供參考）
1、 微波爐加熱：
在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（pH6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復1-2次。根據玻片情況可參考采用微波加熱“3-5-3法”3分鐘溫火沸騰后靜止5分鐘，再溫火沸騰3分鐘即可。
適用的抗原：來源于人、大鼠、小鼠的組織標本；來源于其他動物種屬的組織標本。
2、 沸熱修復：
電爐或水浴鍋加熱0.01M*緩沖液（pH6.0）至95℃左右，放入組織芯片加熱10-15分鐘。
3、 高壓熱修復：
在沸水中加入EDTA（pH8.0）或0.01m*緩沖溶液（pH6.0）.蓋上不銹鋼鍋蓋，但不能鎖定。將玻片置于金屬染色架上，緩慢加壓，使玻片在緩沖液中浸泡五分鐘，然后將蓋子鎖定，小閥門將會升起來。10分鐘后除去熱源，置入涼水中，當小閥門沉下去后打開蓋子。此方法適用于較難檢測或核抗原的抗原修復。（骨及軟骨組織的標本選擇較溫和的微波加熱修復） 。
4、 酶消化方法：
常用0.1%*和0.4%*液。*使用前預熱37℃，消化時間約為5-30分鐘。
適用于被固定遮蔽的抗原：包括 Collagen.GFAP. Complement.Cytokeratin.c-erB-2.LCA.LN.等。

修復液：0.01M 枸櫞酸（pH6.0）或者0.05M EDTA（pH8.0）
抗體修復方法：
方法1：沸水浴修復，將盛有修復液和玻片的燒杯置于沸水浴環境，保持外部沸騰狀態15min，自然冷卻至室溫；
方法2：微波修復，將盛有修復液和玻片的燒杯置于微波爐中，高火5min，停火3min，中火5min，自然冷卻至室溫。
